You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
As our products are beauty items, to be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened, in original condition
- In original packaging, with bottles/seals not opened or broken
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), The Ideal Carts will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. The same conditions as our return policy apply: the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and the exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
