The Ideal Carts is a sole trader business based in Rochdale, United Kingdom, owned and run by Mohammad Ehsan. We started in 2026 with a mission to make high quality, authentic skincare accessible to everyone in the UK.

We sell authentic Korean and international skincare and beauty products, including brands such as Beauty of Joseon, COSRX, Anua, SKIN1004, Medicube, The Ordinary, La Roche-Posay, and Dr. Althea.

Yes, all products sold on The Ideal Carts are 100 percent authentic and sourced to ensure quality and safety.

How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, with a transit time of 4 to 7 business days, for a total delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value required.
What is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 6 pm London time are processed the same business day.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship using trusted couriers including DHL and FedEx.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return window from the date you receive your order, for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition with seals intact.
Do you accept returns on opened or used products?
No, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
