Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (London time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within: United Kingdom

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues.

Shipping Couriers

We ship using trusted couriers including DHL and FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Delays

The Ideal Carts is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking it down.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error, and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@theidealcarts.com within 15 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
